- Nae Gong foundation development
- Inner peace
- Learn to attack in 8 different directions with speed and power
- Develops strength and flexibility in the entire spine
- Immediately increases strength in upper body attacks
Students also learned movements that bring energy to the brain to slow its aging process. Each lesson finished with Nae Shim Gong meditation – a higher level meditation technique.
