What is Chi?

Chi denotes both the essential substances of the human body that maintain its vital activities, as well as physiological functions of the human body. The movement and changes of chi sustain all vital activities of the human mind and body.

Stress in daily activities, such as work, school, and chores, can decrease chi and lead to an unbalanced condition and a poor quality of life.
