Anyone you see, no matter how skilled, once started as a complete beginner.

All Oom Yung Doe training starts with an initial consultation with a certified instructor. From there, most training begins with introductory semi-private training sessions where students learn the initial steps towards building a strong foundation of strength, stamina, flexibility, focus, and coordination, along with other abilities. This strong foundation allows students to improve their skill at the proper (non-injurious) pace.

Ongoing low intensity classes are also available for individuals with limited ability due to age or preexisting injury.
