Congratulations on your interest in learning to defend yourself. While we hope you don’t need to use these skills, having them can save your life.
We also encourage you to come in and participate in a 3-week Shock, Scream and Run course, where you’ll learn defenses against the most common attacks, and methods that can help you avoid or get out of dangerous situations. Among othr things, you’ll learn:
- Defenses against the most common attacks
- Ways to shock your attacker, then gain the valuable time needed to escape
- How to reduce your chances of being attacked
- How to help defend your friends or family
